Meet The Team
With over 40 years of experience in banking and financial markets, Martin has successfully delivered global budgets, managed high calibre individuals and set the strategy for sales and trading teams across the world.
In 2021, Martin took early retirement to help set up the business with his son Daniel, to deliver a modern and competitively priced estate planning service.
Martin enjoys listening to music, reading and staying fit, but most of all he loves spending time with his family.
Daniel previously worked in the banking and insurance sector for several years. He has been successful in engaging clients with clear and constructive advice, enabling his customers to feel confident that they have taken a product of real value and trusting him implicitly with the advice given.
Outside of the office, he enjoys spending time with his family exploring new places to visit in and around Sussex.
Kym previously worked as an NHS receptionist and as an elderly care provider, where she developed excellent communication skills, empathy, and attention to detail.
These qualities have proven invaluable in her role as an Estate Planner, where she helps clients navigate the estate planning process with confidence and peace of mind. Kym is dedicated to providing a friendly and professional service, ensuring every client feels supported and well-informed.
Outside of work, she enjoys paddleboarding and other outdoor pursuits, as well as caring for her horses and other animals.
Karina previously worked in kitchen design, where she developed strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a client-focused approach. This experience has equipped her with valuable skills for her current role, where she supports clients with care, professionalism, and clear communication. She is committed to helping clients feel confident and informed when planning for the future.
Outside of work, Karina enjoys spending quality time with her family, socialising with friends, and shopping.
